Processing Time: Your order will be ready to ship within 12-14 working days of placing your order.

Delivery Time: Shipping times may vary based on location, but we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible once it has been processed.

Shipping Regions: We currently ship across India And Internationally.

Payment Policy

No Cash on Delivery (COD): We do not offer COD as a payment option. All orders must be paid for in advance through the available online payment methods.

Cancellation and Return Policy

No Cancellations or Returns: We do not accept cancellations or returns. However there's a size exchange and return if damaged item is received.

Shipping costs and payment gateway fees are non refundable, please inform us within 24 hours if your parcel shows "delivered" but you have not received it. Post that we will be unable to address the issue with our courier partner.

Claims for Damaged or Defective Products

Unboxing Video Required for Claims: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please record an unboxing video. This video will be required for any claim related to product damage. Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately with photos and videos if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In this case, we will have the product collected. If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can ONLY replace it with the same product.

Mail subject line should have “RETURN – name – order number.”

Our team will inform you once we receive the return courier and confirm.

Steps for Exchange

- For size exchange, please mail info@silverboxoriginal.com with your original order number along with all necessary details of the exchange within 2 days of receiving the product.

-Mail subject line should have “EXCHANGE – name – order number.”

-As we do not have a reverse pickup facility, you will be responsible for booking your own courier for returning your item.

-The returned items need to be sent in the same condition they were received in, with the original packing and tags. Make sure there are no foundation stains or perfume smell.

If not, the unsaleable product will be sent back to the customer.

- Our team will inform you once we receive the courier and confirm the size change. The exchanged piece will be couriered back to your address once, with no additional courier charges.

- We only send the exchanged package once; any further exchanges will incur an additional shipping charge
